How to see your doctor

Patients are now no longer registered with a particular GP and you may see any of the doctors within the practice. Appointments can be made by phoning 0844 477 3925 or by calling at the surgery. In an emergency, patients will be seen by the duty doctor on the same day.

We are working hard to optimize our appointment system in order to minimise waiting times. The practice operates an ‘open access’ system for the majority of appointments. To see the GP of your choice you may need to wait for a few days.

Our team of receptionists have been specially trained to help you. Their job is often difficult, but if you tell them clearly what you require they will do their best to help. When asking for medical attention the receptionists may need to ask for a few details. The information you offer them will enable us to help you in the most appropriate way.

If you have comments on how we might improve our service for you please get in touch with Ms Plunkett the practice manager or Dr Brockmann. You can also take our survey, results and comments of which are regularly checked and taken into consideration.
